Motivate – This is what Fightin Fit is all about! Your experienced instructors will encourage you to achieve your full potential and will cater for all levels of fitness. We will never make you do what you can’t do, but we’ll definitely inspire and motivate you to do what you can do!

What can Fightin Fit do for me?

The Fightin Fit techniques and combinations are based on authentic, boxing sport kickboxing and military boot camps, but they do not involve sparing. Other than the glove or kick meeting the pads, there is no physical contact between participants. A typical class begins with an instructional segment on proper punch and pad- holding techniques and then moves into structured 2 to 3 minute rounds to replicate actual boxing and kickboxing rounds.
Fighting Fit participants will burn approximately 800 calories in a class. Build strength, confidence and Fitness. Boxing gloves and punch-kick focus pads provide extra weight and resistance. The workout is also a dynamite way to build self-confidence, agility, coordination, stamina and mental focus. Incorporating a group fitness kickboxing program encourages partner training which increases motivation and commitment to the program.
It's the perfect type of activity for men, women, couples, mothers and daughters, fathers and sons, and friends. It's a fresh and innovative workout that enables participants to get fit whilst having fun and learning a valuable self defence skill.

Speedy progress
Like most martial arts training and fitness programs, Fightin Fit is designed to cater to all skill and fitness levels: beginner, novice, intermediate and advanced. But unlike the martial arts, like karate and judo, where it takes years of diligent training to ascend the rank belt structure, Fightin Fit achievements can be realized within our 12 week course. Program instructors establish short and long term goals and provide support and recognition of accomplishments.
What do you need for a class?
- Wear cross-trainers or kickboxing shoes with light tread for foot rotation
- Wear loose fitting clothing
- Track pants or Shorts
- T-shirt or tank top (supplied)
- Gloves, pads and hand-wraps (supplied)
- Plenty of water
- Towel
