As the daily stresses of our lives increase, more and more people are discovering that massage therapy is a wonderful way to ensure a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Once viewed as a luxury item reserved only for special occasions, massage therapy is now being prescribed by the medical community for the relief of headaches, muscle aches and injuries brought on by strained, stiff and over-tired muscles. Today's research shows that regular massage therapy (at least once a month) greatly assists the body in recovering from physical, mental and emotional stress. Regular massage therapy also speeds recovery time between workouts, eases muscular aches and pains, promotes circulation, improves sleep, relaxes, energizes and revitalizes.

CBD Massage Menu
Deep Tissue Massage:
The focus of Deep Tissue Massage is the release of tension in the core muscles of the trunk and limbs. A variety of slow, deep strokes are used to unlock tightness in the deep layers of muscle, tendons and fascia. Oil or massage cream is used with this technique.
Sports Massage is designed for physically active bodies. Its focus is on mobility of the joints and flexibility of the muscles. Sports Massage is area specific, often focusing on a specific need. Oil or creme is used with this technique.
Swedish Massage is an oil or creme based massage that focuses on relaxing the superficial layers of the muscles. Swedish Massage promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and relieves superficial tension.
Trigger Point Therapy:
A Trigger Point is a hypersensitive area located in the belly of a muscle. When the point is compressed the result is often felt as local or referred pain. The use of sustained pressure and breath is used to release the Trigger Point.
